Availability
Our products are generally in stock.
You will receive an acknowledgment of receipt summarizing your order. If ordered products are unavailable, we will systematically contact you.
Shipping and packaging
Packages are shipped via your chosen method or, failing that, the most suitable option: carriers, postal service, or other (upon request, potentially for an additional fee).
A shipping contribution fee is generally charged. The amount is indicated during the ordering process and may vary based on the order and current promotions.
All packages are shipped with insurance.
Claims – Exchanges
Please check the contents upon receipt of the package.
If the products received do not match your order, please return the items in their original packaging for an exchange within 3 business days of receipt.
Any claims must be made within this same timeframe.
Payment methods
At the time of ordering via:

No discount is granted for immediate payment.
Late payment
“Any invoice not paid by the due date shall automatically incur—without prior formal notice—a penalty equal to three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed recovery indemnity of €40.” (Article L.441-6 of the Commercial Code)
Retention of title
Delivered goods remain the property of ACUSHOP until full payment has been received. End-of-Life – Recycling
Beyond the statutory warranty period, SEDATELEC electrical and electronic devices bearing the designated logo must be returned to SEDATELEC for recovery at the company’s expense (Decree 2014-928 of August 19, 2014, regarding waste electrical and electronic equipment).
The unique identifier FR007782_05UJG0, certifying registration in the EEE (Electrical and Electronic Equipment) producer registry pursuant to Article L.541-10-13 of the Environmental Code, has been assigned by ADEME to the company SEDATELEC (444 273 700 RCS LYON). This identifier certifies compliance with the obligation to register in the registry of Electrical and Electronic Equipment producers and to submit declarations regarding products placed on the market to ecosystem.
Jurisdiction clause
In the event of a dispute, the Commercial Court of Lyon shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
